This Circuit Training Class is for Middle & High School Athletes preparing in the off season for their Fall and Winter Sports.
There are ten circuit station. Four minutes at each station.
Stations may include:
Heavy bag work
Agility Drills
Rope work
Strength training
Cardiovascular training
Speed and quickness drills
This program perfectly compliments and specific sport camps your athlete is participating in.
