This is a terrific way to get introduced to sparring in a safe, low impact format. We will use skills and drills along with technique and, of course, light sparring.
The class will progress at the pace of all it’s participants.
This is a fitness sparring program not a “who can I beat the crap out of” program.
RESPECT, DISCIPLINE, CONTROL AND TRUST are required and demanded.
Most sparring begins with coach Nick and as we develop we can move to participant sparring as well.
We do have headgear, wraps and gloves but it is suggested to eventually own your own equipment. Molded mouth pieces are a must.
